I am Jason Gruner. I sell houses in Belle Meade, and I publish the numbers.
Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, Nashville. Twenty years, more than 1,200 transactions, and a monthly Belle Meade price report that is a table, not a newsletter.
After years of listening to what clients actually want, I narrowed the job to two things. I use aggressive marketing so a listing sells for the best price and terms the closed set will support. I help buyers find off market and coming soon houses in a market that still moves when the number is right.
I am a Luxury Property Specialist and a REALTOR ASSOCIATE® with the National Association of REALTORS®. The awards on the Coldwell Banker side, International Diamond Society, International President's Circle, and International President's Elite, are nice. The house that closed in eight days because we priced it on day one is the work I care about.
Live Belle Meade is the public desk for that work: active listings, pending, sold, and the monthly report. Every listing detail page carries the listing agent and the listing firm. If I listed it, my name is on it. If I did not, the other agent's name is on it.
